New Live Call Anytime service for trainers and managers New service which enables anyone to record their outgoing calls regardless of whether they have equipment or not!
So many organisations are lucky enough to have live call facilities but so many more do not. We now have a solutions for trainers and managers. An 'on demand' service that is easy to use.
Great for trainers because:
* you can record mystery shopping calls before and after training programmes to ensure learning has taken place or to identify learning gaps
* you can coach people at a moment's notice in their place of work
* You can cement the learning already made with the role-play kit with the real call recordings
* You can give responsibility to managers for coaching once trainees are back in the workplace.
Comments received so far include:
"this is exactly what I've been hoping for! Very exciting"
"Just tried this out and it's brilliant"
"I think it is a very clever piece of kit and really easy to use"
"So many companies don't have the facility for recording, it's something I urge them to do after the workshops that I run as a way to cement learning and enhance self awareness"

BUSINESS SIMULATIONS AS A TRAINING SOLUTION Can you or your business relate to any of these statements?
o Businesses are demanding greater efficiency, increased value for money, shareholder confidence and customer satisfaction………….
o In today’s world customers have less money to spend and want more for their money. Do all employees understand how the business works and what differentiates you from the crowd?
o Not all staff see the big picture, think outside the box and pull in the same direction; impacting your competitive advantage.
To address these issues it is not enough to just tell people to do it. If you want people to learn how to run a business, you need to provide them with a business they can practice with.
Business Simulations provide the solution that will give your business the edge, by replicating the day to day challenges – in a safe, learning environment. Participants experience deep, enduring learning and real empathy with the challenges of running a successful business.

Stress Levels High? With the current financial climate the way it is and the worries that people are having with regards to job security, it is no wonder that stress levels are at an all time high.
It would be a very brave organisation that chose to ignore early warning signs that stress was having a major effect on productivity and performance.
You can change this by raising awareness of what causes stress and how your organisation can manage it.

Free Time Management Preview Tele-seminar Dear Colleague
Is the phrase "if only I had time... " one of the most used sayings, either by yourself or by people across your business?
Do you never seem to get to those projects that would actually make all the difference?
If this is the case for you, then we can help. Attend our FREE How to Take Control of Your Time Preview tele-seminar and we will help you to find practical ways to take control in just one hour.
The session will cover an overview of the key areas of Preparation and Planning, and will give you a realistic set of tools to increase your productivity. Including how you can easily gain 35 minutes more time each day! - and all this for free!
Content for the session is taken from our intensive two-day Taking Control of your Time session; which highlights key ways to take control and become more effective and productive - a key requirement in today's business environment.
Why not call it Time Management?
The term Time Management is misleading - it is not possible to manage time, as time is a constant - 60 seconds to each minute and 6o minutes to each hour - what we should concentrate on is taking control of how we use time and how we make that use as productive as possible.
These FREE sessions will take place on Monday December 2nd at 9am, 4pm and 10pm GMT. To join a FREE tele-seminar, email your name, the session you would like to join and your email address to bookings@freshlearning.co.uk and we will send you joining information.
For more information about this or any of our courses, please email enquiries@freshlearning.co.uk.

Online multiple choice quiz Do you ever wish that you could assess your students' understanding of subject matter after they've left the classroom, and have gone back to their offices too far away to visit?
I have developed an online multiple choice quiz programme (MQuiz). The entire system runs through a browser, and allows the tutor/manager to set up and run mutiple choice quizzes on the internet. The student logs on, takes the test, is informed how he or she did, and then logs off. The results are stored on a database which can then be viewed by the manager. They can be sorted by name, department, who failed and who passed, and you can even see which questions are least well understood.
I can set this up to run with your logo, appearing to run through your URL within a very short timescale. Alternatively, you can buy the whole MQuiz code and database to run yourself.
You can try it out, and see its management reporting functionality by going to http://www.petercollett.com/quiz.
If you're interested, I'm on 07870 219624 or at peter@petercollett.com
