Joint venture opportunity for trainers We are looking for 4 or 5 potential joint venture partners who want to grow their businesses.
We are hoping that the venture will provide everyone with opportunities for expansion.
We are The Institute For Business Technology UK (IBT). We are a mature organisation (23 years) and we have provided a range of training and coaching services to mostly FTSE 250 companies.
I do not know the size and remit of your company, but I believe we can be of most benefit to smaller or highly specialised outfits, or single practitioners – all with a client base that would benefit from additional service offerings.
I want to make it clear from the outset that we do not want to interfere in any way in your client relationships. The way we see it working is that you would, of course, retain your client listings, relationships and full control of scheduling - but have the opportunity to offer them services that you might not already provide.
To give you an idea of some of the services you could add to your portfolio, click on the links below.
Manager As Coach 2 day course, open programme and in-house

The TOM Academy September 14-19 2008
Cotswold Conference Centre, Farncombe Est., Broadway, N. Cotswolds
Would you like to be a part of something new that is revolutionizing the training world?
To ensure high standards of quality for our clients, and to guarantee an organization built on the principles of greatness, we are being very selective about whom we invite to attend the TOM Academy. We want to work with people who fit the TOM style and who feel totally comfortable with the TOM principles and models. Ask yourself the following:
Are you a creative, enthusiastic and experienced trainer or presenter? Do you live what you teach? Do your participants learn things and have a good time?
Do delegates use words like… challenging, exciting, enjoyable, different, innovative, results-focused, powerful, and life-changing…to describe your training and communication style?
Do you have experience in management and leadership training; accelerated learning; NLP; personal development facilitation; experiential learning methods; and/or multiple intelligence activities?
If you answer “yes” to most of the above - especially the accelerated and experiential learning aspect - and you are interested in delivering powerful learning events based on proven principles and content, then we ought to arrange a call to further explore the fit.
We are looking for confident, independent trainers and training organisations to become successful trainers in the TOM models, based on the book Everyone agrees with TOM! by Ross Page, TOM International’s founder.
Costs: £2495 + VAT for the most complete advanced training skills course you are ever likely to attend.
Go to:
http://www.tom.gb.com and
http://www.tom.gb.com/tom/whats-on.html
to find out more about the TOM concepts and download a some of the TOM e-brochures including TOM Academy e-brochure.

Anyone can draw The art of challenging self-limiting beliefs.
Many people comment that they cannot draw; or are otherwise 'graphically challenged'. In a short a time as 1 hour, for the vast majority of individuals attending workshops, this limiting belief is dispelled.
How:
As a qualified illustrator, I have long held the belief that, if I can draw, so can anyone else (all things being equal). Back in 2004 I came across a concept that to me, prooved the point.
Uses:
Do you know of or are you part of a group that would like to challenge self-limiting beliefs; either within your working environment or your personal development. This workshop (from a 4 hour introduction to a 7 day holiday) will in the words of previous delegates "change your life".
Is creativity a bit stale within your group; do you need to kick start the creative flow within an endeavour; either at work or in your personal life. This workshop engages with a part of your brain that may well have been dormant (literally) for some time.
We all have the ability (all things being equal) to be creative to some degree; most however don't believe this. Take part in "Anyone can draw" and have your self-limiting belief dispelled.

Welcome to the Market Place Hi all
This is our new Market Place where you can make Sales Pitches and Product and Service announcements.
This page is totally commercial and gives you the opportunity to openly advertise what you do.
I have an open mind about the type of post that can be placed in here. Apart from recruitment (no tenders please) illegal, defamatory, unsubstiantaited or other seriously questionable message, I don't see much that I would dissalow on this message board. If you are unsure whether to post, then please do run the message past me first.
There is a cost involved in posting messages (no free lunches I'm afraid). Your score will be reduced by a number of points. The default is currently 100. Depending on how this facility progresses, I may increase or decrease the points (supply and demand).
Lets see how this goes. Any suggestions about enhancements (constructive please), let me know.
Onwards and Upwards.
